The study is divided into seven chapters, analyzing sequentially the geomorphological risk phenomena, climate and weather risk phenomena, hydrological risk phenomena, mitigation of human risks related to the biotic and edaphic components, demographic and social risks, economy of the lower catchment area of the Arieş River, and the human-generated environmental risks.
