Student Field Trip and Training in Arad County, 23-27 October 2017

Between the 23rd and the 27th of October 2017, Assoc. Prof. Raularian Rusu, PhD, head of the Centre for Regional Geography, and Teaching Assistant Gheorghe Hognogi, PhD, coordinated the field trip for the 1st year students in Territorial Planning at the Faculty of Geography, entitled “Ecological Education and Territorial Planning in Zărand Mountains and Târnova Commune, Arad County”. Initiated as an introduction in the subject of territorial planning, the fieldtrip was a good opportunity for the 25 students involved to work in teams, in several groups focusing on different subjects, to get to know a part of the trails in Zărand Mountains and to draw up a diagnostic analysis for the 6 villages comprised in Târnova commune, Arad County (Târnova, Chier, Dud, Agrișu Mare, Drauț, Arăneag).
