Women, involved in structures representing urban voters in Romania

The role of women in the structures representing the Romanian voters is in line with the same upward trend that defines other states in Western Europe, voters in urban residential areas being increasingly receptive to the involvement of women in political life. The spatialization of this phenomenon, as it has emerged from the presentation given by Lecturer Marinela Istrate, PhD, during the CGR Meetings, shows a more consistent representation of women, especially in the existing political structures, in the 2020 local mayoral elections.
