Proactive Participation in Urban Space, with the Architect Eugen Pănescu
The long-term design experience in architecture, urban and territorial planning of the guest speaker at the May edition of the CGR Meetings, the architect and urban planner Eugen Pănescu, translates into a continuous dialogue with different local actors, communication shared also in the presentation delivered at the Centre for Regional Geography. Issues such as the regeneration of some urban areas, the problem of urban green areas and the lack of urban parks, the increase in the quality of living in the districts of Cluj-Napoca, and not only, were some of the topics discussed with the participants in this debate.
