Leadership and Entrepreneurship Workshop for Students and Master’s Students
Personal development, the training of leadership skills and the development of the entrepreneurial spirit have become fundamental ingredients for training young people as members of dynamic, flexible communities and, therefore, as vectors of the local development process.
The March edition of the CGR Meetings aims to connect the academic environment with the business environment through a workshop dedicated to students and master’s students interested in discussing about leadership and entrepreneurship, interacting with an experienced entrepreneur, learning more about the leader’s diagram through some practical activities and, finally, in discovering themselves.
The workshop will be held by Cristina Nichita, one of the women who left her mark on the business environment in Romania, entrepreneur with more than 28 years of experience, trainer, coach, teacher and speaker certified by the John Maxwell Academy, founder of Encourage People – an educational platform created for the community, with the support of the community, a social entrepreneurship project that encourages training and involvement, based on the belief that “Investing in your personal development, you invest in entire communities” (Cristina Nichita).
The workshop will take place on Wednesday, 29 March 2023, at 6 p.m., via Zoom platform:
