Spatial Effects on the European Private Health Insurance Market

The importance of the insurance sector for the European countries, regardless of their level of development, can be seen from the perspective of life/health insurance, car insurance, and agricultural insurance. This approach is also the challenge of a research project (PN-III-P1-1.1-TE-2019-0554 – Study of Romanian life insurances in international context: innovation, spatial and behavioural modelling; impact of institutional factors), coordinated by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Babeş-Bolyai University. The speaker at the CGR Meetings in November, Associate Professor Codruța Mare, PhD, member of this research project, proposes a discussion on the private health insurance in Europe.
