The Cluj School of Geography at its Centenary
To celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Cluj School of Geography, the Faculty of Geography at Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca organizes an anniversary conference entitled Geographia Napocensis. The event will take place between the 3rd and the 6th October 2019.
Anyone interested in attending the conference can register for one of the three main conference sections by submitting a title and an abstract by the 2nd of September 2019: Dynamics and Territorial Impact of Physical-Geographic Processes and Phenomena, Socio-economic Resources and Sustainable Development, Planning, Management and Territorial Development, but also for two other complementary sections: Geography Curriculum and Teaching and the Students’ Section. The GIS Symposium on Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Using G.I.S. is also associated to this event.
