The Second Edition of DIAnet International School

Addressing the topic “The Role of Natural Heritage for the Sustainable Development of the Danube Region”, the second edition of DIAnet International School was held in Gorizia, Italy, between the 22nd and the 31st of March 2014. During the 2014 edition, 40 participants from different member states of the Danube Region attended the training. Their challenge was to draft projects for the development and valorisation of the natural heritage in the Danube Basin. Romania was represented by five participants from Babeş-Bolyai University, out of which, Lelia Papp, Lecturer at the Faculty of Geography, and Gheorghe-Gavrilă Hognogi, PhD student, represented the Centre for Regional Geography.
