Negotiation of Normality … with Eugen Pănescu, Architect and Urban Planner
The guest speaker at the May edition of the CGR Meetings is Eugen Pănescu, architect and urban planner, member of several professional forums in the field of architecture, urban and territorial planning (The Order of Romanian Architects/ The Romanian Register of Urban Planners/ The Union of Romanian Architects). As founder of Planwerk – Architecture and Urban Planning, he proposes a dialogue on the role of civil society in urban planning and citizen participation. The event will take place on Thursday, 30 May 2019, at 5 p.m. at the headquarters of the Centre for Regional Geography.
